White Fillings to Fix Cavities

At Natural Smiles Family Dentistry in Lowell, Massachusetts, we offer dental bonding as an effective solution for repairing cavities and enhancing your smile. This versatile procedure can close small gaps, reshape uneven teeth, and fix minor chips or cracks.

For cavity repair, bonding begins with removing the decayed portion of the tooth. After preparing the tooth's surface with etchant, priming, and bonding agents, a tooth-colored composite resin is applied. The resin is shaped to restore the tooth’s natural form and hardened with a special light, creating a durable, natural-looking result.

Why People Love Tooth-Colored Dentistry

Our patients love having the option for tooth-colored dentistry, and the reasons are clear!

Less Invasive

Unlike amalgam fillings, white fillings require the removal of less healthy tooth structure because they bond directly to the teeth.

Dentistry You Can't See

You don't want everyone to see your dental work when you laugh or smile. White fillings and bonding are undetectable to the eye.

Affordable Longevity

Tooth-colored fillings and bonding are durable and, with the proper care, can last many years as a reliable solution for cosmetics or decay.
